Corrugated & Rigid Box Plant – Machine Operators, Feeders & General Factory Workers

• Competitive wages and benefits – Starting Wage for first 30 working days is $16.95+, with advancement opportunities available after only 30 days to $21.89 per hour.
• Operators are responsible for the following, while their Assistants/Feeders are responsible for assisting the Operator with the set up and operation of Corrugated and/or Rigid Box Packaging Machines. The operation of the equipment will include performing in-process inspection, meeting general workmanship guidelines for quality, and accurate data collection into the Amtech PDC. The Feeder will assist the Operator to ensure that the machine center meets production goals as well as the quality requirements of our customers. Housekeeping issues in and around the machine center will also be maintained by the Machine Crew. The Machine Crew will be accountable for the safe operation of the equipment as well as for others assigned to the machine center.
• General Factory Workers will perform a variety of tasks and assist the Machine Operators. Quick advancement is typical for fast learners and hard workers.

Requirements

• Preferred candidates are familiar with a corrugated or rigid box manufacturing plant and have previous work experience as an Operator, Assistant, Feeder or Catcher, but on the job training is also available.
• Good attendance and work ethic required
